Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

The Career Edit — $950

Standard Refund Window

A full refund is available if both of the following conditions are met:

1. You submit your refund request within 48 hours of purchase, and

2. Your intake form has not yet been reviewed and writing has not yet begun.

If either condition is not met — meaning work has already started or your 48-hour window has passed — no refund will be issued. Once we’re in it, we’re in it.

Revisions

Every Career Edit engagement includes one full round of revisions. If you’re not satisfied with your deliverables, that revision round is your opportunity to share detailed feedback and have the materials refined accordingly. Additional revision rounds are available at $75 per round. Dissatisfaction after the included revision round has been used does not qualify for a refund — but we’ll keep working with you to get it right.

Expedited Service Fee

The $150 expedited service fee is non-refundable once work has commenced on an expedited timeline. If you’ve paid for expedited service and we haven’t yet begun, the fee may be refunded at our discretion.

Two-Payment Plan

If you’re on the two-payment plan ($475 + $475) and request a cancellation before work has commenced:
• Your first payment will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Your second payment will not be charged.

If work has already commenced at the time of your cancellation request:
• No refund will be issued on the first payment.
• The second payment remains due in full.

The Ascent — $1,250 / $1,500

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund is available if both of the following conditions are met:
• You submit your cancellation request more than 48 hours before your first scheduled session, and
• No program materials or deliverables have been provided to you.

After the Engagement Has Begun

No refund is available after your first session has taken place or after any program deliverable has been provided — including but not limited to the Leadership Identity Statement, Gaps Assessment, 30-60-90 Day Plan, Situational Playbooks, or Executive Presence Framework. The Ascent is designed as an integrated four-week engagement. Partial refunds for unused sessions are not available. The value of the program is in the full arc of the work, not individual sessions counted in isolation.

The Inner Circle — Starting at $3,500

Individual Engagement Terms

Because The Inner Circle is a high-touch, application-based advisory engagement, payment and refund terms are discussed and agreed upon individually before the engagement begins. The specific terms that apply to your engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to your first session.

General Policy

As a baseline, no refund is available after your first session has taken place.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a significant and unforeseen life event that makes continuation impossible — the unused portion of your engagement may be considered for a partial credit toward a future engagement. This is handled at Kristyn Tulley’s sole discretion and is not a standard entitlement.

How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please do not assume a refund has been requested until you have received a written acknowledgment from us.

Please include your full name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Mommy Maverick™ reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances. The existence of this discretion does not create an obligation to grant exceptions, and exceptions granted in one case do not set a precedent for future requests. If your situation is genuinely unusual and not covered by the policy above, reach out directly. We’d rather have a conversation than leave you without a path forward.
